Questions
Is Lorami free?
Yes. Reminders, search, your map of people and export are free, always. Saying or typing new notes and asking questions use a small monthly AI allowance, and you get 2 drawn portraits a month. Pro raises the allowance a lot and adds errands near you. Every new account starts with 7 days of Pro, no card needed.
What counts toward the AI allowance?
Anything the AI does for you: understanding a note you say or type, answering a question, reading a voice message. Browsing, searching, editing by hand and getting reminders never count. The allowance is measured by what the AI work actually costs, so a quick note uses very little. It refreshes on the 1st of every month.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing you saved is touched. Reminders, search, your map and editing by hand keep working. New notes by voice or typing and questions pause until the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade.
Is my data private?
Your notes are visible only to you. When you capture a note or ask a question, the text is sent to our AI provider to be processed and is not used to train models. We have no ads and never sell data. The Privacy Policy lists every service involved.
Can the AI get things wrong?
Yes, sometimes. That is why Lorami shows you what it understood before anything is saved, and asks when a name could mean two people ("Which Omar do you mean?"). Answers come only from what you have saved, and you can edit any note.
Which languages does it understand?
You can speak or type in about 25 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese and Chinese. Your notes are written in the language you choose. The app itself is in English for now.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Lorami works today in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen. Native iPhone and Android apps are on the way, and your account will carry over.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export everything you saved, and deleting your account removes your notes, people and pictures from our servers.
How is this different from a contacts app or a personal CRM?
A contacts app stores phone numbers. Most personal CRMs are built for networking: importing contacts, syncing email and nudging you to keep in touch. Lorami starts from what people tell you. One sentence becomes linked people, dates become reminders, and you can ask questions later. You never have to import your address book.
