Terms of Service

Draft, last updated September 27, 2026. These terms describe how Lorami works today and how paid plans will work when they launch. They will be reviewed before the service launches under the name Lorami.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and DAVOS TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania, fiscal code (CUI) 50480681 ("we", "us"), for the use of Lorami: the website, the web app and the phone apps when they are available (together, "the service"). By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Lorami.
  • An account is for one person. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Your content

Everything you save, including notes, people, places, to-dos and pictures, stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it to you in order to provide the service, including sending it to our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not share it for anyone else's purposes.

Your notes will often be about other people. You are responsible for what you save about them: keep it lawful, keep it respectful, and do not use Lorami to monitor, track or build profiles of people in ways they would reasonably object to.

4. AI features

Lorami uses AI to understand what you say or type, to answer questions from your notes, and to draw portraits. AI can misunderstand, mix up people or state things that are wrong. You review what it understood before it is saved, and you remain responsible for checking anything that matters.

  • Answers are based only on what you saved and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
  • Reminders depend on your device, browser and network and can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on Lorami alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as taking medication.

5. Plans and AI allowances

Lorami has a Free plan and a Pro plan. On both, reminders, search, your map and export are included. Capturing notes by voice or text, asking questions and drawing portraits use a monthly AI allowance, which is larger on Pro. The allowance is measured by the real cost of the AI work and refreshes on the 1st of each month. There is also a daily limit, so one day cannot use up a whole month. The current allowances and prices are shown on the pricing page. We may adjust allowances; if a change reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and it will apply from your next billing period.

New accounts get Pro free for 7 days, without a card. When the trial ends, the account continues on the Free plan unless you choose to buy Pro. Nothing you saved is lost.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, these terms apply:

  • Pro costs $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year, or the price shown at checkout, plus any taxes that apply where you live. Prices in the app stores may differ.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from that renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Payments on the website are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are sold and billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Cancellations and refund requests for those go through your App Store or Google Play account.

Right of withdrawal in the EU

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription bought on our website within 14 days without giving a reason. Because Pro starts as soon as you buy it, you ask us to begin straight away; if you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportional amount for the days you already had Pro. To withdraw, write to hello@lorami.app. Purchases in the app stores follow Apple's or Google's refund rules.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Lorami to harass, stalk, threaten or harm anyone, or to store content that is illegal.
  • Create accounts automatically or in bulk, or create accounts to get around limits or a suspension.
  • Get around the AI allowances or daily limits, or use the service through scripts, bots or scraping.
  • Resell, rent, share or sublicense access to the service or its AI features.
  • Try to break, overload or probe the security of the service, or access other people's data.
  • Copy or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and explain why.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Lorami and delete your account at any time from the app. Deleting your account deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy, so export anything you want to keep first. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data, and refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription bought from us.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

Lorami is a young product and will change. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.

10. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Lorami available, accurate and secure, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; export is available at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please write to us; most problems can be solved by email. Consumers in Romania can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
